Price guide per lodge, per week
(based on 2 persons): £650 Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec £790* Mar, April, May, Oct & Christmas £990* June, July, Aug, Sept & Hogmanay £50 for each additional person *(Prices valid for stays up to 31 October 2025) |
Booking and deposits: At the time of booking, we ask for a 20% deposit to confirm your booking.
A good housekeeping / security deposit of £100, and the remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. The good housekeeping / security deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after departure, if all is left behind in good order.
Payments can be made by card or bank transfer (our preference).
Cancellation policy: Full refund, less a £30 booking fee, for cancelations prior to 6 weeks before arrival. No refunds for cancellations within the 6 week period prior to arrival. Re-booking may be possible with a £30 rebooking fee. We encourage all guests to have appropriate insurance, which will cover cancellations in case your circumstances change.
Arrival and departure: Guests are welcome from 3pm on the arrival day until 10am on the departure day. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior agreement.
