Price guide per week,
based on 2 persons: *£590 Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec *£790 Mar, April, May, Oct *£990 June, July, Aug, Sept (Christmas and Hogmanay) £50 for every additional person *(Prices valid for bookings up to 31 October 2025) |
At time of booking we will ask for a deposit of £1 (non-refundable).
A good house keeping / security deposit of £75 plus the remaining balance has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
The good house keeping / security deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after departure, if all is left behind in good order.
Payments can be made by card online or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy: There will be no refunds given for cancellations in the period 6 weeks before arrival. Re-booking may possible up to 3 weeks before arrival, though there will be a charge for it. We encourage all guests to have an appropriate insurance, which will cover cancellation in case needed.
